1. Taking part

Every PixelFly account is given an affiliate link. Sharing that link, or receiving any commission, means you accept these terms.

The Partner Programme is separate and by application. Approved partners may be given their own commission rates and additional features. We may decline, suspend or close an affiliate or partner account at any time.

2. What earns commission

You earn when someone signs up through your affiliate link and pays for a subscription. Two rates apply: one on that customer's first payment, and one on every renewal after it.

Your current rates are always shown on your Affiliate Program page in the dashboard.

3. Rates, currency and changes

Commission rates depend on the currency the customer pays in. Each currency belongs to a market, and each market has its own first-purchase and renewal rate.

Commission is a percentage of the payment expressed in US dollars. We convert using the figure we publish for that currency, which reflects our regional pricing for that market and is not a foreign exchange rate.

We may change rates, markets, currencies and conversion figures at any time. Changes apply to commissions created after the change. A commission already recorded keeps the rate it was created with and is not recalculated.

A payment made in a currency we have not set up earns no commission unless and until we add it.

4. Referrals that do not earn a commission

Commissions are paid only for genuinely new customers. A referral is not eligible where the person, business or website is, or has been, a paying PixelFly customer. This includes where:

• the email address, or another form of the same mailbox (such as added dots or a "+" alias), belongs to a current or former paid account;
• the website, or any subdomain or main domain of it, is or was connected to a paid account;
• a customer creates a new account, or deletes and re-creates an account, in order to be referred;
• the referred account is your own, or shares your email address or website.

We may also hold a referral for review where the payment comes from a bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account that has been used by you or by another customer.

Where one account holds more than one plan, each plan is assessed on its own website: a plan whose website was already a paying customer does not earn, but the account's other plans still do.

If you are an approved partner and hand a website you set up to your client through PixelFly's transfer feature, that website does not count as one you share with the client. We review such referrals but do not reject them for that reason.

5. Client accounts

You may create client accounts to set up and manage PixelFly on behalf of your clients, up to the limit shown on the Sub Accounts page for your plan.

Commission on a client account you created yourself is paid only to approved partners. Ordinary affiliate accounts may create and manage client accounts but do not earn commission on them. This does not affect referrals through your link, which earn for every affiliate.

You must be authorised by the client to create and operate their account, and you remain responsible for how it is used. Creating accounts for websites or businesses you control yourself does not earn commission.

6. Customers who paid without your link

If someone you referred paid without using your link, send us their account email within 10 days of their first payment and we will attach them to your account, including that payment.

After 10 days they count as an existing customer and you have no right to claim them. We may still attach them at our discretion where we are satisfied the referral was genuine, and we record the reason; that decision is ours alone and is not a commitment to do the same again.

7. Approval, reversal and payout

Every commission is recorded as pending and is paid only after we have reviewed and approved it. We may hold a commission while we investigate.

If a payment is refunded, charged back, cancelled or reversed for any reason, its commission is reversed. Where that commission has already been paid out to you, the amount is deducted from your affiliate balance. Your balance may become negative, and later commissions are applied against it before any further payout.

Payouts are made on request once your available balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes due on commissions you receive.

8. How you may promote PixelFly

You may promote PixelFly through your own website, blog, videos, social media, newsletters and courses. Where the law or platform rules require it, disclose that your link is an affiliate link.

You may not: bid on "PixelFly" or similar brand terms in paid advertising; use cookie stuffing, hidden links, forced clicks or automated sign-ups; register domains, social accounts or app names that imply you are PixelFly; send unsolicited bulk messages; or advertise discounts, coupons or offers we have not published.

You may not present yourself as an employee or official representative of PixelFly, or make promises about the Service on our behalf.

9. Our decisions

PixelFly determines eligibility at its sole discretion and may reject or reverse any commission that does not meet these terms, including after it has been approved or paid out, and may close an affiliate account and withhold unpaid commissions where these terms have been breached.

We may change these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page, and continuing to use your affiliate link after a change means you accept it.
