Payment Information: Payments are processed through our partners. For Bangladesh customers: bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. For international customers: Paddle (card payments). We do not store complete credit card numbers. Our processors handle data per PCI-DSS requirements.

Event Data: When you use PixelFly to track events, we process page URLs, referrer info, user agents, IP addresses, event data (purchases, products), hashed identifiers, and tracking parameters. This data is processed solely to forward to your configured advertising platforms.

Usage Analytics: We automatically collect device type, browser, pages visited, features used, time spent, and error logs to improve the Service.

Account data is retained while active plus 30 days after deletion. Event logs are kept 30 days for debugging. Payment records are retained 7 years for legal compliance. Analytics data is kept in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely.
