Overview

At PixelFly, we want you to be completely satisfied with our server-side tracking service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting one.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time purchasers of PixelFly are eligible for a 100% refund within seven (7) days of their initial purchase. This guarantee allows you to try our service risk-free.

To qualify: You must be a first-time subscriber, request within 7 days of purchase, and contact support with your order details and reason.

To request: Email support@pixelfly.io with your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason. We respond within 1-2 business days.

Non-Refundable Purchases

The following are not eligible for refunds: subscription renewals (monthly or annual), plan upgrades, add-on purchases (event packages, features), and any request after the 7-day window.

Refund Exclusions

We may deny refunds for: abuse or repeated requests, late submissions, incompatibility from outdated systems or failure to follow documentation, extensive usage beyond basic testing, change of mind without attempting use, mistaken purchases without immediate cancellation attempt, unmet expectations not stated in documentation, or requests without valid reason.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment (BDT for Bangladesh payments, USD for international payments).

Timeline by method:

  • bKash and Nagad (BDT): 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer (BDT): 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card via Paddle (USD): 5-10 business days

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under "Billing" settings. Cancellation stops future charges but keeps access until the period ends. It does not trigger a refund unless within the 7-day guarantee.

After cancellation: Tracking stops, dashboard access is lost, data is retained 30 days then deleted. You can reactivate anytime.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside standard policy for extended service outages on our end, billing errors (duplicates, incorrect amounts), and documented technical issues preventing basic functionality that our support cannot resolve. These are evaluated individually at our discretion.

After Refund

Upon processing a refund, your subscription is immediately cancelled, paid features are revoked, and your account may be downgraded or deactivated.

If you disagree with our decision, contact support@pixelfly.io with additional information. We'll review and provide a final decision within 5 business days.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
