Confirming and rejecting orders

From the dashboard, or automatically from your store, CRM or courier.

Step 3: confirm or reject orders

Dashboard: COD Held Orders → Approve & Fire, or Reject.
Webhook (store, CRM or courier): POST to the Webhook URL with your Webhook Secret. confirmed, processing, completed, paid, shipped confirm; cancelled, failed, refunded, trash reject; other statuses are ignored. A confirmation that arrives before the hold is kept and sent once the hold arrives.
Confirm within 7 days when you can: Meta then records the original order time (GA4: 72 hours). Later confirmations still go out, at the time you confirm.
