COD Order Protection

WooCommerce plugin

Settings for the PixelFly plugin (v1.3.5 or newer) with COD Order Protection.

WooCommerce plugin (v1.3.5 or newer)

  • WooCommerce → PixelFly → COD Order Protection: on, mode GTM / sGTM, and your COD payment methods. Keep it on whenever COD is on in GTM: otherwise the plugin sends COD purchases from your server at checkout.
  • With a PixelFly GTM container, leave the plugin’s API Key empty: the container sends the server-side events.
  • Auto-confirm webhook (optional): paste the Webhook Secret from the Power-up and tick Completed (confirm) and Cancelled (reject). Tick Processing only if your team moves orders to Processing after confirming them; the status WooCommerce sets while the order is placed never counts.
  • Plugin hold mode posts the hold from your server instead (enter the Hold URL from the Power-up); Legacy delayed events is the old plugin-only hold. Use one COD system, not several.
