Multiple plans

One PixelFly account can hold more than one plan: for example Pro for your main shop and Starter for a second website. Each plan has its own websites, limits, monthly events and renewal date, and each is paid for on its own. You keep one login, one team and one place for all your invoices.

How plans and websites fit together

  • A website lives in one plan. Every container for that website counts on that plan's events and limits.
  • Each plan renews on its own date. Reminders name the plan and its website, and when several plans are due on the same day they come in one message.
  • If one plan runs out of events or ends, only its containers pause. Your other plans keep tracking.

Add a plan

  1. Open My Subscription and click + Add another plan.
  2. Choose the plan and pay, as you would for your first one.
  3. Create a container for the new website and pick the new plan in the Plan field.

When you buy or renew from the pricing page, we ask which of your plans the payment is for, so it never lands on the wrong one.

Manage a plan

My Subscription shows a card for each plan. Click Manage to open one: its usage, containers and invoices, and the buttons to renew, upgrade, switch to the Free plan or cancel a card subscription. Everything on that page acts on that plan only.

Move a container to another plan

Open the container and click Move to another plan. All containers for the same website move together, because a website lives in one plan. Events already counted stay with the old plan; new events count on the new one. The plan you move to needs room for them and must be running.

Free plans

An account can hold up to 2 Free plans, each for a different website. A website can be on one Free plan only, across all of PixelFly, and once per account: a Free plan that has ended or been closed doesn't start again for the same website. To start one, create a container for the website and choose + New free plan for this website.

Close a plan you no longer need

Open the plan with Manage and click More → Close this plan. You can close an extra plan once it has no containers and no card subscription renewing it. Your account's main plan stays. Paid days left on a closed plan are given up, and its invoices stay under Billing & Invoices.

Move a plan or a container to another account

You can hand a container, or a whole plan with its paid time, to another PixelFly account, or bring plans from your other accounts into this one. See Transfer containers and plans.

Managing websites for clients?

If your clients pay for their own tracking, give each client their own account (Sub Accounts). Multiple plans are for websites you pay for yourself.
